10th June - Talking Rock Golf Course (Shotgun start) approx. 40-50 Mins from hotel.

11th June - Tobiano Golf Course (Consecutive Starts, starting 0730) approx. 20 Mins from hotel.

12th June - Rivershore Estate & Golf Links (Shotgun start) approx. 15-20 Mins from hotel.

Hotel: Coast Kamloops Hotel & Conference Center, 1250 Rogers Way, Kamloops BC

2 per room (share with golf partner).

Check In: Sunday 9th June in afternoon

Check Out: Wednesday 12th June before leaving for the golf course. 3 nights in the hotel this year!

Important Details:

1. Cancellation Policy 7 days advance notice required for full refund anything inside 7

days refund will be based on ability to source replacement players.

2. Registration: Sign up in pairs (your playing partner is also your hotel buddy). If single

try and find a partner. If you are wanting to golf in a specific group of four, identify the other two.

3. Monday night we are trying to book a meet and greet at a local pub across the street

from the hotel called On the Rocks Pub & Grill.

4. Room for 96 players to sign up this year. Registration form will be available online

through our CFBEGA WEBSITE. Once filled out send to following address:

5. Registration Starts at 0800hrs on 29th April 2024.

6. Sending emails earlier won’t count as being registered. We will be using the time

stamp off email. First come first served until all 96 spots are taken.

7. Once registered, we will notify you with details of when to pay and where.

8. Transportation is at your own cost.

Please have one person from your group register the entire group if possible.  You will need the name, email address, phone number, and meal choice of the people you sign up.

This event is subsidized by the CFBEGA so only members are able to attend, no outside guests. To register you must be a CFBEGA 2024-2025 member at the time of sign up and not just at the date of the event.

Road Trip - 9-12 June 2024, Kamloops - Tobiano, Talking Rock and Rivershore. Registration opens 1 May 2024.

666 Tournament - 19 July 2024, Olympic View. Registration opens 14 June 2024.

Club Championship - 13-14 September 2024. Olympic View/Arbutus Ridge. Registration opens 9 August 2024.

Fall Fiasco Tournament - 4 October 2024, Highland Pacific, Registration opens 3 September 2024.

Registration for 24/25 is open as of March 7th for Regular & Ordinary Members.

Associate Member Registration will start on March 21st.

Associate Members registration will not be processed until their sponsor has paid and is a member in good standing.

Any registrations before these dates will be deleted so do not register ahead of your designated date.
