PROPER ETIQUETTE AND BEHAVIOUR

There has been some recent behaviour from our members towards the executive and to the PSP staff that has to cease immediately.

* To start the PSP staff are not part of the CFB Golf Association. They provide a service for our association. Verbally abusing them and swearing at them is totally unacceptable and completely damages the reputation of the association. As well the executives have better things to do than interview people and staff and come up with a decision up to and including losing your membership temporarily or permenantly.

* Emails and comments towards the executives. The executives spend countless numbers of hours making this association run. Receiving rude remarks and emails from associates about being on hold until the regular membership is up is part of the constitution so please don't call or email lecture them on how they should do their job. In fact the executive have to look at reducing associate memberships to better serve the regular and ordinary members that actually belong to the DND community and some are also on hold while associates are in. If this behaviour is being shown to PSP staff and our executive we can't imagine what is happening at our golf courses. It has to stop now.

* Bringing your old membership card into the Kiosk and ranting to the PSP staff how you just need it renewed and bypassing the screening process as well of checking the acceptance of the code of conduct is another poor decision.

* As well calling into PSP to reserve 4 spots for the tournament and I'll get in when I can does not follow anything we have written for the tournament sign up process. It is all very clearly written under tournaments.

Please keep our association to the highest standard and always be respectful to the staff and volunteers.

SEASON OPENER NOW AT 120 SPOTS

Never have we seen a tournament filled up in an hour and a half. The executive met on Tuesday evening and have decided to change the maximum entries from 92 spots to 120 spots. There is a spare list and the final few spots will be filled on a first come basis to the Kiosk.

Please remember as written several times if you are signing people up you must have their membership card with you as well as your own. NO EXCEPTIONS.
