To the General Membership of the CFB Esquimalt Golf Association, we’ll be conducting an extraordinary general meeting, similar to our annual AGM, on Thursday 27 January 2022, commencing at 1700. The intent of the meeting is to discuss the Olympic View and Arbutus Ridge contracts for the 2022 playing season.
It is imperative that we achieve a quorum for this meeting, which IAW our Constitution and By-Laws is 5% of our membership, or approx. 50 members.
Due to current COVID postures, the meeting will be held via Zoom, with the link provided below.
Please ensure you are online and available by around 1655 so numbers can be counted before we begin at 1700.
We need to discuss options that I can take back to Olympic View to counter what they are offering for our 2022 contract, which in turn will allow us to enter and sign the contract with them, pending a majority vote for options we discuss.
Please do your best to attend the meeting so we can ensure our contracts are in place.
