At a recent executive meeting held 14th April 2020 on ZOOM the executive decided in the best interest of our membership and also of those at golf courses, hotels, etc to cancel the 2020 road trip up island. As well teh Season Opener at Bear Mountain has been cancelled. We are working with them as well as the COVID situation to see if this can take place later in the year.

A big thank-you to Ramada Campbell River, Heron's Landing Hotel, Fairwinds Golf Club, Storey Creek Golf Club and Campbell River Golf Club for accomodating what would of been a great road trip. Please support these establishments whenever possible.

Our executive committee is still vetting and completing our part of the registration process for memships but nothing can be completed until PSP and the base is open and can take payment and print the new membership cards off.

For Associates your applications will begin to be vetted 10 days after the ordinary and regular memberships are opened up. As well your sponsor has to be signed up and paid for before yours will be looked at.

Your 2019-20 membership card can be used until April 30th at this time.

Our application process has changed slightly again this year hopefully again for the better. Here are a few changes you will see.

UPDATE: OUR MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORS ARE STILL PROCESSING APPLICATIONS BUT PSP IS CLOSED FOR THE TIME BEING DUE TO THE COVID-19 SO MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT BEING PROCESSED. FOLLOW THE WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK FOR UPDATES.

PLEASE NOTE: Associate Memberships will not be processed until March 24th 2020 (FOLLOW WEBSITE) to ensure regular and ordinary applications are processed first as per constitution.

1. PSP has asked for a little more information than before. (address and birthdate. We have adjusted the birthdate so it should be error proof)
2. When you hit "SUBMIT" at the end of your application you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the association so no second piece of paper is required now.
